Nova was inspired by the everlasting feeling of an Italian summer along with the personal journey of the founder in discovering her love and passion for handmade Italian gelato.
"Nova" is derived from the term 'supernova' which means a great amount of brightness leading to the birth of something new. Their vision has always been the same making premium gelato in small batches with natural ingredients to create a superior quality product. Each batch is crafted with care, allowing you to experience the same product in-store & through their takeaway tubs at home.
